Franky Fung
Senior Perfumer
A favourite fragrance of mine is White Diamond.
Franky Fung first joined CPL in 1995 as a Perfumer for CPL Aromas Far East, based in Hong Kong.
With a strong interest in science Franky studied science with a Major in Chemistry and Minor in Biochemistry at University. However, it wasn’t until attending an interview at a fragrance house that he began to learn about this industry. It is then that he joined IFF who gave him the opportunity to be a Trainee Perfumer.
In 1995, Franky moved to CPL Aromas and has been working as a Perfumer ever since, with a focus on the personal care and fabric care categories. Franky enjoys every aspect of his work and celebrates each fragrance success.
Franky’s favourite ingredient to use is Iso e super it is the most cost effective velvet woody note and means there are no restrictions when it comes to different applications.
