International fragrance house CPL Aromas has successfully completed its acquisition of the UK fragrance business of AFF, along with the export fragrance business managed by the UK division. All AFF fragrance customers have successfully been migrated to CPL and the manufacture of current orders begins today at both CPL’s UK manufacturing site in Northamptonshire and at their Jebel Ali factory in Dubai.
Key members of the AFF team have moved to CPL to ensure the continued success of their customers accounts in both the UK and Dubai divisions.
Chris Pickthall, CPL Aromas CEO, said, “Both the CPL and AFF teams have worked really hard to ensure this acquisition was as straightforward as possible for customers. I am delighted that some of the AFF team have joined CPL to help deliver continued, outstanding customer service.”
The acquisition will provide CPL’s new customers with access to CPL’s technologies, creative perfumery resource, outstanding customer service, fully automated manufacturing and strong regulatory support.
With annual sales in excess of £100 million and 600 employees CPL Aromas is the world’s largest fragrance only fragrance house, and is dedicated only to the development and manufacture of fragrances. Founded in 1971 by the Pickthall family CPL Aromas remains 100% family owned.
