Palm Oil

Rainforests are vital for the survival of life on Earth but they are being destroyed at an alarming rate. We depend on the Amazon rainforest alone for 20% of the oxygen we breathe and the freshwater we drink, yet every minute, we lose the equivalent of 40 football fields of rainforests. CPL Aromas’ group turnover exceeds £100m for the first time.

An excellent year of trading ending March 2019 saw CPL Aromas’ group turnover exceed £100m for the first time at £106m, a 17% sales growth compared to the previous year. This was despite a turbulent year where major raw material crises hit the fragrance industry. Good supplier relationships and excellent stock management meant that CPL customer disruption was minimised across the business.

CPL AROMAS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF THE UK FRAGRANCE BUSINESS OF AROMATIC FLAVOURS AND FRAGRANCES LTD (AFF)

International fragrance house CPL Aromas has successfully completed its acquisition of the UK fragrance business of AFF, along with the export fragrance business managed by the UK division. All AFF fragrance customers have successfully been migrated to CPL and the manufacture of current orders begins today at both CPL’s UK manufacturing site in Northamptonshire and at their Jebel Ali factory in Dubai.
