We believe, as industry leaders, we have a responsibility to share our successes with those less fortunate in the world. This is an un-negotiable moral commitment that guides everything we do as a business.

Every year, we commit a proportion of our profits to carefully chosen charitable initiatives that are close to our hearts. 2016 was a milestone year for us, marking our contribution of over £1million to projects around the world. However, we believe that our charitable giving should be more than just financial, and so we dedicate large amounts of our time to support life changing initiatives on the ground, from furthering the development of employment rights for women in Israel, to helping develop secure livelihoods for vulnerable farming communities in Nicaragua.

Partners for a Fairer Future

We are longstanding partners of the Catholic Agency for Oversees Development (CAFOD), working year on year with CAFOD’s inspiring teams around the world to deliver much needed support to some of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable communities.

We are also co-founders of the College of Fragrance for the Visually Impaired (COFVI), a charitable organisation dedicated to creating employment opportunities for the visually impaired in India’s fragrance industry.

Our research and support has opened up a world of opportunity to a previously marginalized community and has categorically proven the exceptional abilities of the visually impaired in the production of fine fragrances. We are committed to supporting COFVI into the future and are humbled by the continuing success of the program.

We are working on a range of important projects in some of the most deprived areas in the world, helping local communities and marginalised sections of society aspire for more.
